Sketchbook Love Splat by kuabci Sketchbook Love Splat by kuabci
Sketchbook archive

2009-2010

Not quite done after all! After posting my Wife Splat ([link]), I decided I would do something similar with all the sketches I did of the both of us. I like these because there are a lot of things I want to post, but I don't want to post them all individually for reasons. I was planning on waiting on this one, but I decided it would be better to archive this sketchbook (more or less) entirely before moving on to the current one. This is really fun because it sort of tells the story of our entire courtship, from first meeting to our engagement and marriage and beyond. Such memories! Long-distance relationship=NO. Marriage=YES.

Wife: [link] . Go there! She's awesome.

Just thought I'd let you know that I think your devotion to your wife is refreshing and admirable - thanks for setting the rest of the world a great example, and keep on doing what you're doing!

Thank you very much! My marriage is something that I take quite seriously and that is very important to me, and I'm glad that comes across in my art and text. I'll definitely keep it up! Thanks again.

Oh no, that's a hippogriff. I'm not sure the policy on griffins, but as for us, one of our test announcements promised hippogriff rides for all at our reception. It's a much more stylish way to leave for your honeymoon than a regular old car.
